Hesperia is Adrian Fini's company. In July 2022 it bought the Elders woolstore from Marilyn New.
Hesperia had an MoU from 2019 with the City and the Italian Club for a large development near the intersection of Marine Terrace and Norfolk Street. In 2023 it has expired.
