'Suffolk' Hotel, South Terrace, (un-named hotel) planned 2022 by the Yolk Property Group and Harris Jenkins Architects for the corner of Suffolk Street and South Terrace.
As at end 2022, the developers have asked for a delay of 18 months before commencing work on the project.
