All of the buildings in this part of Henry Street, Lots 64-72, are occupied (if not also owned) by the University of Notre Dame Australia.
The earliest owner of Lot 67 known to Hitchcock was George H. Watts. If the H is a typo for S, this could have George Stedman Watts, who arrived 6 July 1830 on the Medina.
