He owned Perth Town Lot G12. Worked for Brockman listed in 1837 Census. Listed later as a saw miller at Perth & Williams. Employed 14 T/L men (mostly sawyers) 1854-1867.
A John Hubbard is listed in Errington (2023) as being jailed on the Marquis of Anglesea, 12 April 1830, for misconduct as a servant.
