Henry Yelverton, 1821-1880, came to the Swan River Colony in 1845. His businesses were mainly in timber in the Busselton area, but he was also, among other things, the licensee of the Race Horse Inn, which was on the corner of Market and Leake Streets. It's likely he was a member of the first Town Trust in 1848.
